Bison Joe Bake
- 1 lb. ground Bison - lightly cooked only
- I can (398ml) Manwich sauce
- 1Cup shredded cheese
- 1Cup Bisquick mix
1/2 Cup milk
1 egg
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Stir ground Bison and Manwhich sauce in a 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over bison mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.
I also like to add stir fried mushrooms onion and garlic.
Another variation: add the cheese on top of the Bisquick mixture instead of the Bison mixture, or both.
