Requires cooking with moist heat, pot roast method or exceptionally nice done in the slow cooker. Available in all sizes.
Slow Cooker Method: Place roast in frozen, add seasonings to 1/2 cup liquid(water, juice, gravy, wine) and pour over roast. Cook at low setting 8 - 12 hours or until bison is fork tender.
